Dea Co: Real people. True passion. Exceptional homes.
Who We Are
At Dea Co Developments Ltd, we believe exceptional homes require absolute dedication. Founded by Mr. Kyriacos Kyriacou, our boutique development firm has spent the last 20 years cultivating a flawless reputation across Cyprus. We deliberately limit our portfolio to ensure every project receives the strict standards of precision, artistry, and uncompromising quality our clients expect. We build with a profound passion, select only the finest premier locations, and handcraft every home as if it were our own.
